Jumping rope without jumping rope? Yep, that's right. This workout takes you through a full course of jump rope conditioning without the rope itself. But if you do have one, feel free to use it. For this circuit, complete each exercise for as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in a 20 minute period. Push yourself and try to minimize your breaks. Here it is:

2. Side to Side Jumps 20
3. Forward Back Jumps 20
4. DL Jumps 20
